Wonderful/Relaxing Weekend

Really enjoyed this place, close to everything, no need to drive anywhere, pool and jacuzzi very nice, and beach access a plus. Condo was very clean and and kitchen had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Four of us visited Rosarito for a quick 2 night stay. The condo was in a perfect location with great access to the beach, local shops, and restaurants, and also had great security. The location of this condo is beyond convenient. Clean and of walking distance to everything you need. My only constructive criticism and reason why I didn't rate this condo a 5 star is the non working AC. It was too hot even at night with the windows open.

Rented this condo for a weekend and it lived up to my expectations. The suite was clean, came with all the amenities one can think of (including a great sound system to get hyped before going out) and had a phenomenal view. It was extremely easy to get a hold of Rick so all of my questions were addressed in a matter of minutes. Overall great stay.

Very pleased with our stay at this beautiful Oceana property. The view is stunning. It was so peaceful waking up to the waves of the ocean. It does get really loud at night but that’s just a given with the area it’s located in. It’s super close to all the clubs and bigger night life spots. They have a fridge and all the dishes are available to use. The place is clean and well kept. Bed was cozy and comfy.

I'm a real estate broker and property manager . when the condo is not rented, I stay there. I have all the amenities I need. parking . close to everything. wifi , cable tv. etc.

This is condo is in downtown rosarito beach. you are close to all the nightclubs.
there are restaurants , liquor stores, tour guides, taxis, public transportation,
from the 12 story high rise condo you can walk out to the public beach and walk
miles on the sandy beach. this is a private owned condo and has been upgraded and is decorated as a second home not just a rental . big screen tv , high speed internet
2 Jacuzzi and 1 pool . the most important reason is because it is a 24 hour gate guarded secured complex .

What makes this property unique

You don't need a car . you can walk to shops, restaurants, beaches and night clubs.
we have a nice sized balcony with 180 degree ocean view. we have a patio table with chairs and umbrella . no one else have these amenities
