You can take a hike or bike to the famous water park in Montrose. This beautiful home is equipped for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and the living room has a desk space perfect for anyone working during their stay. It has a 2 car garage where you can park your car. Fenced backyard. The house is a duplex and are both Short Term Rentals. The duplex is located in a peaceful small subdivision.
The subdivision is close distance to gas station, wine store, and convenient store. It's 4 mins away from the grocery store and downtown Montrose.

Nice place

What you see is what you get. It's a small place, but well equipped, clean and convenient. Probably not the right place for a lot of people, but for a handful of folks, it's great.

Nice to stay together

Spotlessly clean and inviting , in a quiet neighborhood, but major thoroughfare over the back fence...so reluctant to open windows to noise. Host is a lovely person who immediately stepped up to help when the dryer shorted out, leaving us with wet clothes. Dried and folded FOR us! A minor blip. Would recommend!

I have lived in this wonderful community for over 30 years. Montrose is the best place to live. I live here and enjoy everywhere. I hike, bike and ski around the areas. I can go as far as Moab, Aspen, Vail, Crested Butte, Glenwood Springs, Durango, and Breckenridge and be back same day. I have also lived in Ouray area for about 7 years, Ridgway, Silverton, and Telluride are so familiar to me. 1990 I moved in Ouray, Colorado and worked in a hotel and restaurant industry. I was very passionate about my job. Since then I have enjoyed traveling all over the world, stayed in different types of Airbnb's, and met wonderful host. I also enjoyed international cuisines and love to cook. I always desired to have my own Airbnb and become a host. Now I am very fortunate to be your host. My experiences in the industry has given me the expertise on how to become the best host.
