The price was great, such a cute home, loved it, the layout was very spacious, and the home was updated. Loved the area, so many National Parks nearby, enjoyed Main Street with all the shops and restaurants, would definitely return to the area.
Host was super communicative and helpful. The house and backyard were beautiful, comfortable, clean and perfect for hanging out and relaxing. I highly recommend this home/host.

Lynise and her group were great guests, she had great communication and left the home in perfect condition. Would definitely have them back!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, all the beds were comfortable, linens were nice! The backyard was a great surprise, had lots of yard games (cornhole, ping pong, badminton). The walls felt a little thin, so could hear a lot. Showers were a little small. We had 8 adults and it worked out great to all stay together! Was located near lots of older downtown.

About the host
Hosted by Ross Davis
I'm a Montrose native for the past 42 years. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy all things outdoors including: cycling, camping, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, camping, dirt biking and pretty much any other outdoor activity there is. We love hosting because, we love sharing our home for others to explore the Western Slope.
Why they chose this property
Our home is on a quiet street in downtown Montrose. It's close to everything and easy to get around. We love hopping on our E-Bikes and grabbing dinner at one of the local breweries.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because of the open floor plan on the main level and amazing outdoor living in the backyard.
