Views were amazing. House layout is a little clunky and living room is small, but comfortably slept all of us.

Cozy retreat

Such an amazing property! The views were spectacular! The host was very prompt on communication. The only thing I didnt like was you have to pay to do laundry. The stairs to the beach were also a little scary, but other than that, the house was charming and clean. Updated appliances and lots of beds, great for families!

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and decided to find a VRBO. We both fell in love with this place. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. Communication was great, directions were easy to follow, the house was very clean, and that view! We saw eagles, blue heron, and even a whale! The house is well thought out and everything we needed was already there. The furniture was comfy, and the bed was great. The local grocery store is only a few miles away. We even found several restaurants that delivered. The island was great to explore. Definitely stop at the bakery! The community is friendly, quiet and laid back, just the way you expect island life to be. We hope to return in the future.

The property was very nice. Easy to find. We loved the views of the water. The hot tub had protection from the rain which was nice because it rained a lot.

Relaxing

Perfect for our group. Made extensive use of the beach, hot tub and kitchen. Brought wood for the fire pit but didn’t use it - too warm. Views are spectacular!

Spacious with a beautiful view.

Our stay was perfect. It was a small work dinner party. The kitchen had everything we needed for taco night and drinks. Sat in the hot tub overlooking the lake and finished the night off in front of the wood stove cozy and warm. Our host responded quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend @ Camano

Simple, clean house with outrageously magical views. Kitchen stocked with the basics, and a serviceable grill. Stairs to the beach were damaged so no beach access which we were informed of day of arrival (it was mentioned that one person could use the steps at a time but caution taped closed off the stairs - so why rush it!) and we did not use the hot tub as it looked a bit murky and the water wasn’t particularly warm.

Relaxing ladies weekend

My friends and I are booked a weekend at this house and had the most wonderful and relaxing time. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was fantastic, and the views are incredible. This house is the perfect location on camano Island because when you're outside, all you can hear are birds and nature which is exactly what we were hoping for. One thing to be aware of is the stairs going down to the beach. Apparently there is a 250 lb weight limit and there are a lot of stairs. It is quite the climb down and back up. We had a wonderful time on the beach and had it all to ourselves.

Galentines girls

Property was so pretty and so clean. Wasn't sure what to with trash. Was disappointed that the hot tub was not going. Specifically searched for a place with a hot tub that it said it had which it rid but not usable. Should probably take that out of description until people can use it. Other than that maybe have a hairdryer and more kitchen towels. Thank you for the use of your house for our girls night.

Complete disappointment

Property advertised as beachfront (it is but read below) and was 9.8/10 "exceptional" based on 7 reviews. I was surprised that anyone would rate it 10/10. - Beach is barely usable - at high tide -NO beach -low tide, thin strip of sand you can walk on but you sink in the rest - you can't walk to water can't swim and can't run on beach. - Stairs to the beach safety hazard. Alluded to in listing but truly treacherous & unsafe. Missing railings, steps barely fastened, steep & difficult to navigate Firepit - learned after arrival about burn ban - would have been nice to know before arrival. - Hot tub lovely but pump wasn't working well. Note after arrival. Took 24 hrs to get temp up high enough to use. - Kitchen pots and pans low quality nonstick coated and all but one have been damaged with coating peeling off - health hazard. - Furniture haphazard, uncomfortable & photos are inaccurate. In the LR, furniture shown is not what's in house. - Upstairs bathroom - shower has slanted ceiling! Almost completely unusable for anyone over 4'10" tall - terrible. - Beds - upstairs beds basic mattresses on 'temporary' frames. Not quality beds. - Overall design - setup of house awkward & poorly designed. Upstairs sloping roof w/limited clearance to stand. Countertops and floor materials all plastic. Overall for the price, I expected a much more high-end experience. Views are truly lovely but house & beach are a huge disappointment. Do not recommend & will not be returning.
