Welcome to Beach:30. This brand new beach house is located in one of the most coveted areas of the entire peninsula, Gulf Shores Neighborhood, and is centrally located to everything. This 4B/3.5B offers two king suites; one is located on the first floor. There is plenty of space in this open floor plan with double decks for enjoying the sunshine, watching the waves kiss the shore, and more. We manage several homes that are within walking distance in this neighborhood. The house was so beautiful and a great view

The house was beautiful our family enjoyed it very much. The beach was just a short walk or purchase a pass that allows you park on the beach. Everyone enjoyed boogie boarding the waves.

Everything was wonderful ! There could be more storage in the bedrooms..ie: dresser...but other than that it was perfect!

Wonderful Family Time at Crystal Beach in June

Arrived right at 4:00 pm and the house was ready. What a pleasant surprise when we walked in the door. Beautiful home, great layout, tastefully decorated, plenty of room for eleven of us, fantastic bunk room for our kids and king beds for all adults. Wish master bathroom had had assist bars in shower, but we managed. AC worked great, no issues or problems to report. Large stove and oven and they worked great also. Two coffee makers, one being a Keurig, which is all we used. Plenty of silverware, dishes, glassware & coffee mugs. Stored in master closet was a highchair, stick vacuum, pack n' play, iron & ironing board, mop & bucket and broom & dust pan. With a little "creative shuffling" we were able to use the floor & shelf in that closet for some of our storage needs. House had a TV in every room and offered Direct TV, also internet with WiFi. Our time at Crystal Beach was awesome, and Beach:30 was equally awesome.

Family vacation

We loved our stay and the property. It was a great location to the beach. I loved how everything was labeled so it made everything easy to locate and put back properly. All instructions were easy to follow. Great place!
