Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Ocean View is a cute, 2 story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, sleeping 14 guests. Ocean View is located on the 3rd row in the Ocean Shores subdivision. Oceanview is a pet friendly beach house with a $200 Non-refundable fee. Don't forget your furry best friend! This home is beautifully decorated with stylish coastal décor, comfortable furnishings, and has lots of natural light. This home features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that is great for entertaining or just relaxing. It's sure to be a family favorite with a great layout and plenty of room to move around.

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

On the main level, you have one bedroom with 2 bunkbeds that are twin/full and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. On the upper level, you will find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and access to the upper deck. The primary bedroom with a king bed, attached bath, and deck access is also on the upper level.
The outside, downstairs area is perfect for hanging out or cooking your favorite meals on the charcoal grill. When you are ready to head to the beach, there is easy access either by walking, vehicle, or golf cart. After a wonderful day enjoying the beach, be sure to rinse off in the downstairs shower!


We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:

1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
