Come and relax watching the sparkling nights from the hammock in a cozy and private backyard in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The Space:
In this wonderful 645 sq. ft. 1BR house with a large space in the living room area with a cozy sofa bed with a large TV in front to rest and relax or read a book, then you find a delightful and equipped kitchen with all the utensils for cooking plus microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker and others. A wooden dining table with a nice view to the patio for breakfast or lunch with family and friends, and free parking in front of the property.

You will find a large bedroom with a closet with a good deal of storage space along with hangers, a Queen bed, extra pillows and blankets, and an air mattress if needed. A cozy bathroom with cleaning products, towels, hair dryer and shower.

Outdoors we have a lovely backyard with beautiful greenery at sight, a grand tree where you can rest in the shade or swing in the hammock while others take a lunch on the patio furniture and enjoy the day.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire house and its amenities, nothing shared, everything is private.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet and gorgeous residential neighborhood in the heart of Sherman Oaks. Very close to High-end malls, hip boutiques and restaurants, but maintaining the tree-lined clean streets, green vibes of a quiet LA suburb. Which allows you the city convenience to be within minutes of all major freeways that get you anywhere in LA, while also enjoying the small town peacefulness.

Other Things to Note:
1. Requests for late check-out must be requested in advance.
2. Smoking is not allowed. If we detect any smell or trace of smoke, you will be subject to a fine of $500.
3. Parties are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $4,000 and/or eviction.
4. The presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered non-compliance with house rules and will result in additional fines of $250 per guest and/or eviction.
5. Filming, photo shoots and production activities are accepted. Depending on the size and duration of the event, additional charges may apply. All productions must be approved with the host before booking. Unauthorized production will result in a $2,000 fine and/or eviction.

PETS:
If you plan to bring pets, please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before arrival, as there is a surcharge. Normally $42 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets, depending on the type and size of pet.
