If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, affordable place to call your home base when you’re exploring Florida's Nature Coast, you’ve found it.

The kitchen is stocked with all the basics—Keurigs, toaster, sharp knives, cutting boards, pans, skillets, strainers—so you can whip up breakfast, lunch, or dinner without a hassle. There’s a dining area right off the kitchen, great for meals or planning your day’s adventures. Adjoining the kitchen is a comfortable dining area. In the living room you will find a large sectional couch with recliners, a wall mounted big screen tv, and full service Wi-Fi.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh clean linens, a full size dresser and mirror. The bathroom has a shower/ bath and comes stocked with 2 sets of towels, hand towels, and wash clothes.

The off street parking allows you space for multiple vehicles or trailer.

Conveniently between the Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park and the McRae’s Boat ramp. Entertainment and good food can be found at the many local venues, The Shed, The Old Mill, and the Florida Cracker Monkey Bar, while great seafood can also be found at The Freezer, The Coast, and Sweet Sassa Cafe. All of these are within a mile.

This triplex has three full apartment units. This is the end unit on the left.

Washer and dryer are on premises free of charge.

Golf cart rentals are available for an additional fee, please inquire about availability.

Old Homosassa Hideaway

Cute condo in Old Homosassa, a little off the beaten path and close to all the area restaurants and activities. The unit was clean and had everything you'd need (other than shampoo and bath soap, which I always pack). This was our first time using vrbo and it was a very pleasant experience. Our host, Sam, was great and we look forward to a return visit.

We loved our stay in Homosassa. The unit was cozy and comfy. It was chilly in the area, but the heater worked to keep us warm. There was an electric fireplace on the wall, but we couldn't get it to work. Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable

Small but nice! Clean! Had to buy some of our own items like TPaper, hangers. Not happy with tv and no instructions on heater, tv or garbage day, but finally figured it out! Never met the manager! Nice to have the washer and dryer available.

The property was okay, it was clean looking. The bed dips in the middle with two people. I would have slept on the couch but there were no extra blankets and the bed only had one.Only one towel in the bathroom and no hand towel was provided. Had to share one towel with two people.It was okay…good location but no sleep due to the bed and it was just uncomfortable.
