SEASIDE SUMMER BEACH HOUSE RENTAL THREE BEDROOMS HALF BLOCK FROM BEACH

Prom groups welcomed. Two to three day rentals available before June 29th. Contact us for prom pricing and availability.
June 29th to Labor Day weekend are weekly rentals that run Saturday to Saturday.

The second floor is a three bedroom unit that sleeps 8 people. One bathroom with shower tub. This unit features two beautiful decks - one in the front over looking the street and boardwalk with lounging furniture - and one in the back with an outdoor dining set. A fully stocked kitchen, large smart flat screen TV, and central air/heating. Washer and dryer in unit. There are two outdoor rinse/showers, beach chairs available for use. Off street parking for one car and FREE 24/7 street parking in front of the house and the entire block. Beach badges not included. $500 property damage security deposit for every rental. Key code entry.

High speed internet connection for all units.
All rentals are pet friendly for an additional fee.

All rentals have a $125 cleaning fee and a $100 utility fee. As well as a $500 property damage security deposit with every rental.
