This place was really nice for our small 4 person family. The location is right near everything in Denver. Stones throw to the Capital building, Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum. I would rent again for sure.

Very enjoyable stay for our family! Great neighborhood, easy parking and host was very communicative. Nice central location that served as a base for some day trips, and enough space to stretch out and relax. It's a basement, but windows brought in enough light so it didn't feel cramped. Recommended if you're in the area and looking for a place to set-up for Colorado adventuring!

The basement space was a perfect retreat from summer heat. The host put thought into little details like robes, extra blankets and clear instruction about wifi, and house rules so you didn’t have to search for them in the app. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was comfy. The location is excellent - close to parks, coffee shops and restaurants. We did have an issue on our first night that prevented us from staying there, thus the 4-stars. The host was responsive and made it right though. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I unfortunately have to give my stay a 2 star rating. While the location was ideal for our purposes, there were too many issues to ignore. When we arrived, half of the apartment had no electricity, including the entire kitchen. We couldn't reach the hosts at their given numbers so we called VRBO; they could not reach them either. Once we finally connected (over an hour), the hosts were kind and responsive. However, they told us they keep their phones on silent, which is somewhat surprising when guests are present. The unit was also unclean. We found a used q-tip next to the bed, pubic hair on a nightstand, a dirty coffee pot, stained pillows, and the towels had a moldy smell. There was an odor of sewage coming from the laundry room. There was no soap, shampoo and toilet paper. I unfortunately cannot recommend this place at present. With some attention, it would be ideal.

A private place to stay

I enjoyed my stay in Walker's Paradise. It was clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is easy. Being a mile from the Cherry Creek shopping district was ideal for my trip.

Great space in a very good area!

I went to visit Denver for a few days and loved staying here! It was 10-15 minutes to most of the activities I went to do, a great central location to everything. It was very spacious and felt like a safe area. Would definitely recommend to others visiting the area!
