About this property

Two bedroom, two bath condo. Walk to the beach, two blocks away. KIng size bed in the master with attached bath with double sink and tub shower combo. Master also has His and Her closets and 40 inch Roku TV. Second bedroom has two Twin XL beds, 40 inch Roku TV and closet for storage. The second bathroom is assessable from the hallway and also has tub shower combo. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with keurig and regular coffee maker. Washer and dryer are in the hallway. Living room has a sofa with pull out bed and 55 inch Roku TV. Parking for the unit is one reserved spot under the building. As you can tell by the pictures, the parking is tight. I drive a full size suv and parked in the spot but it is tight. There are 4 extra parking spots but they are not reserved for a particular condo. HOA prohibits motorcycles or trailers from parking on premises. The condo is on 2nd floor so there are steps. We do not have an elevator.
