Detroit River walleye fishing central! This house is located minutes from Elizabeth park boat ramp and Lake Erie Metro Park ramp. Plenty of parking for multiple trucks/boats, power for charging batteries, safe parking and 2 car garage for storage of fishing equipment. 3 Bedroom (1 king, 2 queen beds), 2 full bathroom & large dining room table. Plenty of room on deck / back yard for fish cleaning. Fenced in backyard.

5 Minutes, 1.8 miles to Elizabeth Park ramp
10 Minuets 5.7 miles to Lake Erie Metro Park ramp
20 Minutes from Downtown Detroit

OPTIONAL DOCK AVAILABLE
-an optional dock is available on the east side of Grosse Ile near East River road and Groh for an additional charge. There is not power available at this location to charge batteries but a place to leave the boat in the water if you wish. Maximum boat size at this location is 23'.

Great home base to visit family

It was a great home to stay in while we visited local family. The online pictures were accurate. The owner, Thomas, was very responsive.The king bed was very comfortable too! We would stay again.

We were centrally located between the friends we were visiting in New Boston and their wedding venue at Ford Piquette Street Plant in Detroit! The house was very nice and plenty of room for our party of 6 adults! We will recommend your house to others!!

Check in and out was easy. Thomas was a great host and communicated well. It was a prefect stay for us visiting family in the area. Very clean. Plenty of towels. All cooking essentials and supplies to wash clothes and dishes were provided. Only 2 things that would have improved it would be another couch and TV downstairs and lamps in the bedrooms. Other than that it was perfect!
