Stunning fully renovated 1930s Craftsman with exposed brick, original bead board, and reclaimed hardwood floors. Vaulted ceilings, suspended guitars, and custom vintage style lighting create a unique space, combining rustic charm and modern style. NOTE: The ‘3rd bedroom’ is a hidden Murphy bed in the front lounge as pictured

1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, comfortable sofa with a lounge chase, 1 air mattress
This home features high end finishes and custom design throughout!

You will have access to the entire property. The property has an enclosed carport/backyard with privacy fence, a front porch, back patio, a grilling area, and plenty of garaged/carport parking!
Other things to note
Due to STR regulations in Nashville the hotel tax is added to your total. Or, if "instant booked" will be collected separately. The taxes are paid to the city at 6% hotel tax & $2.50/night fee.
