Family Birthday Trip

Enjoyed our stay here. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood after a busy day downtown. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Uber and deliveries were easily available. We would stay here again for sure!

Great location and great property

This house is close to Broadway but also far enough away to avoid all the hassle and traffic. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely come back again.

Great house and very conveniently located

We were in Nashville for a family reunion. The house was well equipped for cooking in as well as traveling to downtown. We had a great time. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Christmas/New Year's Eve

Very nice property, great location for access to nearby activities. Very nicely decorated and had all of the accessories we need for our 4 generation family gathering. The owner/manager always responded to any questions we had very quickly. Thank you and would stay here again.

Summer Vacation 2025

Great property on the inside. Nice layout. Was perfect for our family of 12. The master on the second floor was great with the extra beds. Overall, very nice property for the value paid. Great location to everything in and around Nashville.

Wonderful Christmas Holiday Stay

Beautiful property that fit the needs of our family perfectly. So close to everything we wanted to do and see. Beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and well appointed. The only minor issue was the coffee maker not working, but there was a lovely little coffee shop down the street where we could walk for our morning brew. The host was extremely accommodating and accessible. Thank you for allowing us the honor of spending time in your beautiful home so we could all be together for Christmas!

Great Space

This is a great space for a large group. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only suggestion would be to add more seating in the main floor. For a property that accommodates so many, the seating was lacking. There is plenty of room to add a second sofa (or really any additional comfy seating) - that would have been helpful so we didn’t have to move all the dining room chairs into the main “social” space when the group wanted to relax and talk about the adventure of a long day of walking about downtown.

Great Place

Beautiful renovation, comfortable beds, great rooftop deck, plenty of room for our party of 9 adults. All this only a short ride to Broadway!
