Discover the beauty of Northwest Arkansas from this adorable 3-bedroom house. With a queen bed, 2 full beds and king bed, guests will find comfort and relaxation in this enchanting space. We are close to the University of Arkansas. We are not far from the “The Grand at Willow Springs.” We are about 10 minutes from Fayetteville, 10 minutes in to Prairie Grove and 5 minutes to Farmington. You can watch the game on the back patio or hang out at the fire pit.

The perfect place for families and anyone looking for a quiet get away! So clean and all the basic amenities you need. Host communicated well and so kind. Cant wait to come back again soon as the kids loved playing in the large yard and roasting marshmallows. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Great location, perfect country setting - no traffic yet close to town. Watching the Deer in the back field a plus. House had everything we needed and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable! Will definitely book this place again.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay! Location was great and quiet just on the outside of Farmington. Hosts were great and communicated everything ahead of time that we would need for our stay!

Communication with host was outstanding. Laura was responsive and extremely helpful, including ensuring a quick turnaround in preparing property was ready for us between our stay and a prior guest. We are very appreciative.Property satisfied our needs. It was nicely furnished and clean. While we did not use the outside patio, fire pit, or yard, we would likely do so in warmer weather, if we have the opportunity to stay at this property again.I am hopeful that this property will be available for future stays when we return to visit family. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and the interstate. Walmart delivered twice during our stay.

Comfortable stay

The property was comfortable and very clean with all the things you might need available. The location is quiet and a little off the beaten path, but it was only a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants and 15-20 minutes to the University of Arkansas campus. The host responded promptly and politely to all my questions. We would definitely book this again if we come back into town.
