BEACHFRONT RESORT+OCEAN VIEW STUDIO A-317+CENTRAL A/C+FULLY EQUIPPED
Ka’anapali's finest beachfront setting, 1/2 mile north of Black Rock. A prime location near shopping, restaurants, and activities. Our studio condo, A-317, is located on the third floor of the Aloha Tower and offers a lovely partial ocean view. It is accessible by elevator, is cooled by Central Air Conditioning, and has a comfortable King Size Bed with new mattress and Queen Sofa Sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, granite counters, new fixtures and lighting, and is well-stocked. Our beach front resort is set on 11 acres of exotic tropical gardens, along one of the finest stretches of Ka’anapali Beach. Swim, snorkel, paddle, or sail directly off the white sand beach in warm, crystal-clear turquoise water. Our on-site "Beach Shack" rents all water sports equipment. Lounge by two adult swimming pools, kiddie pool, or spas, with cocktail and food service. Spot Humpback whales directly from shore between November and March. Golf at any of four nearby championship golf courses. Ride the free trolley to shopping, adjacent hotels south of Black Rock for entertainment, restaurants, or luaus. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, & dinner at the full service Castaway Restaurant situated ocean front. Or simply, sip a glass of wine on our lanai as you watch the sun set after another perfect day in paradise.
CANCELLATIONS:
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. Our policy allows cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival, with an immediate refund less a 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of deposit. Owner will make every attempt to re-book the property. Should owner succeed in re-booking this time frame, we'll be glad to refund any pro-rata share, less the 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. Please note that VRBO/HomeAway's policy states that if you cancel a reservation, and a partial refund is issued to you by the property owner, the "VRBO/HomeAway "Service Fees" including any booking, payment processing and service fees will not be refunded. They might credit their fees back to you when you book a future reservation through VRBO. This is their policy, and I have nothing to do with it, but I feel that you should be alerted to it.*** I STRONGLY SUGGEST OBTAINING "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE".
DAILY RESORT FACILITIES FEE:
Maui Ka’anapali Villas, (MKV), charges a daily fee of $35.00 plus tax which includes a package of amenities including; parking for one vehicle, WiFi and internet (in room, poolside & beachfront), daily morning coffee & tea, local phone calls, beach & pool towels, use of state of the art Pre-Cor fitness center, access to coin-op laundry facility, 2 pools & hot tubs, BBQ’s, shuffleboard, oceanfront water aerobics classes, access to hospitality restrooms for early arrival and late departures, and rides on the “Free Green Ka’anapali Trolley” which travels to the larger hotels, restaurants and shopping south of Black Rock. The daily resort facilities fee & tax for the stay is directly paid to and collected by the resort at check-in by the front desk and is at a cost of $41.29daily per unit. I have nothing to do with the resort fees, but I thought I would alert you to them.
CLEANING:
Our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized by trained housekeeping and maintenance staff according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. Complete systematic cleaning protocols between guests guarantee no cross-contamination. Wearing gloves, they use hospital-grade, EPA approved disinfectants. All surfaces are sanitized, and all linens are processed in commercial, high-temperature washers and dryers. Only one staff member at a time who has been verified with no signs of illness, is allowed to be present in the condo. While undergoing cleaning, the windows are opened to provide maximum ventilation. After the condo has undergone cleaning and sanitizing, it is inspected by the head-housekeeper to insure all guidelines and protocols have been completed.

Our family has been vacationing at Maui Ka'anapali Villas for more than 30 years. Our daughters, Emily and Dori grew up on this stretch of beach, swimming, snorkeling, and hunting for beach glass. Our best memories are of the fun we had playing in the water and relaxing at this resort. We are grateful that we had the opportunity to buy a studio condo at MKV. We're excited to share it with you and your family, so that you may also make your own memories at this glorious place in the sun.

What makes this property unique
There is no better beach on Maui as far as our family is concerned. The water is pristine and warm. The clean, white sand offers a gentle entry into the ocean for swimming or snorkeling at the adjacent reef, which stretches 1 1/2 miles north. Walk on the boardwalk or beach, swim, or take the Free Green Ka'anapali Beach Trolley, 1/2 mile south to snorkel at Black Rock.
