Located in a brand new building with elevator access and just steps from the heart of Lincoln Park/Old Town, your luxurious apartment was designed with no expense spared, sleeping up to 12 people and is perfectly situated for large groups, families, events, and curated dinners. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and chef's kitchen, featuring high-end cooking appliances and designer level finishes, which creates a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.

Your spacious living/dining room combo is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 10+ people, and smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible). This opens up directly to the private terrace, which can be used as an extension of the living room.

Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen includes designer cabinetry and is outfitted with state of the art gas-powered ranges, oven, microwave, and fridge with oversized island, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery and Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others.

This one of a kind apartment comfortably sleeps 12 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a queen bed, full bath. An additional bedroom with a queen bed. Two additional bedrooms feature full-over-full bunk beds.

We provide free parking directly behind the building during your stay. In addition, there are ample parking solutions should you need including free street parking right in front of the building (between the stop sign and the no parking sign).

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our professional cleaning service that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is stripped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to all rooms and spaces inside the unit, except for one utility closet. Temporary access codes will be shared 24 hours before rental commencement by email.

Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on making our guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. We live in Chicago and are available should anything come up.
