NO CLEANING REQUIRED FOR CHECKOUT!Fuhgeddaboudit! There’s no better place for your visit to St. Louis and it’s Italian district (The Hill) than ‘Heart of The Hill’! Berra Park is right outside the front door with a playground for your little ones. The smell of the very best Italian cuisine is in the air. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores, a piazza, and gelato! Even a pet eatery for the fur babies! One of the most walkable and family and pet friendly neighborhoods in St. Louis and you are going to love it!

Just off highways 44 and 40/64.
Located on a quiet, family and pet friendly street.
Rear private parking pad and open street parking available.
Park with playground and splash pad located across the street.
Guest access:
On site free parking on the street and behind the house on a private parking pad. The private parking pad will accommodate 2 cars comfortably.
Other things to note:
NO PARTIES!!
Dog friendly fenced in yard. No cats please.
DOGS MUST BE NONDESTRUCTIVE AMD HOUSEBROKEN!! Please clean up after your pet.
Laundry/play area in basement.
All linens/towels are washed in free and clear laundry detergent.
No smoking of any kind allowed in house.
