Contemporary furnished villa in one of the best locations of Vero's Barrier Island.

4 full bedrooms: include 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Bunk bedroom w/Twin XL over a Queen (sleeps up to 4 kids or 3 adults). More then 3000 sqft (300 m²) under air + oversized 3 car garage. Everything is updated and clean. You enjoy split living-ideal for families or even two families.

Your private beach/ocean access is steps away (75 yards). Or just relax, listen to the ocean waves in your cozy covered patio area overlooking the large pool area. Located on a quiet private road (cul-de-sac), your home is the third back from the Atlantic Ocean.

The beach is rarely crowded. Sometimes access is recommended at LOW TIDE when you can walk either north or south for miles.

Everything is here, including equipment for the beach and two kayaks for your usage. You just supply the people and you have found paradise.

Execution of owner's rental agreement is required prior to confirmation of booking.

If you are looking for a place within walking distance to the beach, this is your place. Just feet away from the ocean. The house is spacious with a large garage for parking your vehicle.

Great family spot

In Vero for our son’s wedding, location was perfect for both getting to the venue at the Kimpton (10 min) and for any other needs in the area 15-20 min. Plenty of room for us all with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Pool area was perfect for grilling and relaxing. Ocean is a really short walk 5min however you need to pay attention to the tides for the best use.

We enjoyed our stay at this property!! Only steps away to what was like a private beach. Plus a pool to use when we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The house is so spacious inside that allowed everyone plenty of room. The owner responds to messages in a timely matter!! Will definitely stay again!

Upon arrival , the house was in need of cleaning along with a few other issues. We immediately contacted the local caretaker and the owners. Together they promptly addressed the issues.

Beautiful get away

The property was just perfect for our vacation. The house is very well maintained, kitchen is well stocked and its in a nice quite neighborhood. The beautiful pool was just steps outside and the property is exactly as described/shown in photos. The owner was great as he checked in to make sure we were all set. Definitely some place we would stay again.

Perfect for my family, very convenient location, comfortable and meet all our needs 😊 only disappointment was the stairs to the beach were not there due to being washed away by a storm, we had drive to find another beach.

Easy living in Vero Beach

We are very happy with our stay in Vero Beach. It is easy to feel at home in the house. It is equipped with everything you need and the standard is high. The biggest plus was the outdoor area and the pool. The hosts are great. Very helpful and easy communication. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great house house for small children

The house is beautiful with high end appliances. It was so nice having a gate for the pool as our grandchild are all under age 4. The host were very quick to respond to any questions we asked.

Beautiful house well furnished and equipped kitchen. House floor plans allows privacy with bedroom on each end. Beach is only useable at low tide and with storm not even then. All in all a great spot.

This house is absolutely amazing ! It’s the perfect set up and had everything we needed for our stay! So kid friendly they even had toys for the kids to play with ! Great vacation house

This very well kept home provided the perfect spot for a week with our 3 grandchildren and their parents. The home was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location on the Island was very convenient to beaches and shopping. The backyard pool and hot tub proved a highlight. A neighborhood beach was a short walk away, with good access at low tide.The owners had alerted us that a house was being built next door. However, they had constructed a tall barrier that provided good privacy, and overall the construction had no impact on our enjoyment of the week. We hope to stay there again.

Better than advertised!

The house, multiple amenities and proximity to the ocean make this a perfect place to stay and enjoy all that Vero Beach has to offer. The home is well laid out, spacious and clean. Everything we needed was provided...beach towels, toys, equipment, kitchen appliances, toys, crib and items for the kids. The owner and property manager were both very responsive. The outdoor living space is beautiful and private with a safety fence option for kids. Perfect amount of space for our whole family. Already looking forward to our next visit!
