An incredible vintage stay with exposed brick, piping, concrete flooring & eclectic, vintage decor found locally. Meticulously designed & hand crafted, photos do not do this beauty justice!

Perfectly located & within walking distance to all things downtown. Free parking on the premises, so no parking fees! Easy access to the building, downtown eateries, locally owned boutiques & farmers market. Experience Waco hassle free & comfortably. Perfect location and absolutely beautiful rental!

The pictures do not do it justice. We loved the apartment, we felt safe, it was walking distance to everything we wanted to see and to say the decor here is beautiful is an understatement! We will definitely rent here again! Thank you for the complimentary Dr Pepper's! Coolest place I have stayed in a long time!
