Manasota beach rd Property

Everything was as advertised. very comfortable. we had a great, quiet stay. the only issue is the lack of shade in the afternoon.

Great Location

Loved the rural location. Communication with owner could be improved. Wanted to extend our stay after we had booked and we were assured we could have several extra days. Later (when it was hard to find another place) we were told that there was an error and we were not able to have extra days. We had no arrival instructions and had to contact owner for a code to get key. This is not a 5th wheel RV as description says but a nice pull behind unit. We had plenty of space and it was nicely furnished. Had an issue with the septic but someone came out and worked on it. This is an issue that will need attention. Nice to have access to shared washer/dryer. Would definitely stay there again as I think the issues we had were a learning curve for the owners.
