~ Furry Friends: Our furry dog friends are welcome. There is a a flat fee of $135 for a maximum of 2 dogs. (No cats or other animals allowed).
~ Check-in/Check-out: early check-in and late-check out requests are subject to host approval and availability and at $35 additional fee per hour
~ Electric Car charger available, complimentary with the stay
~ 5-6 car driveway
~ Pack-n-play for kids with mattress, sheet and blanket available, upon request

~ Queen airbed avaialble for additional sleeping in the living room.
~ Guest Capacity: the house is comfortable for 8 guests. For any additional guest after 8 (up to 10 guests maximum) there is a fee of $20 per person per night.
~ We have a strict policy of NO PARTIES being thrown at the property. If there are Parties and unauthorized guests above the house limit (10) the host reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking and ask the guests to immediately leave the home.
