Quiet lush community with large heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, shuffleboard, billiards, and a putting green! Villa has a open set up for you and your guests! Master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. You’ll find everything you need in our Villa like a full washer/dryer, cable TV and high-speed WiFi!

Modern kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and a roomy dining room /living room combo. 1 car garage and a screened lanai with chairs, side tables and a tiki bar. We have sports equipment like tennis rackets and tennis balls, putters and golf balls available for your use. We also have everything you need to have a perfect beach day like beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a cooler! Large screen smartTV with free internet and cable. There are two beautiful ponds in the community with lots of wildlife to appreciate!

Area attractions include first and foremost, Siesta Key Beach, voted the number 1 most beautiful beach in America! 10-15 mins away from villa with free parking. Also nearby are Turtle Beach, Crescent Beach, Lido Key Beach and Venice Beach. Downtown Sarasota (20mins), St. Armand Circle (25 mins) Siesta Key Village (15 mins) and Gulfgate (8mins) have a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Costco (5mins ), Publix (5mins) and Walmart (12 mins) are nearby.

There are numerous nearby public golf courses in the area including Stoney Brook Golf Course and The Groves Golf Course. Other famous area attractions are the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, the Ringling Museum, the Moat Marine Aquarium, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and the Sarasota Opera House.
If you are into nature, we have the Myakka River State Park, Red Bug Slough Preserve, Bay Front Park just to name a few.

Village des Pins is a wonderful community with a great pool, hot tub, shuffle board and club house with activities. Our host responded quickly to our requests. The rental Villa has a well equipped kitchen, generous living room space with comfortable seating. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs and toys. The owners have thought of everything.

Fabulous accommodations. Looking forward to next time

My husband and I have rented a ton of properties and this was by far the best one ever. Super clean, spacious, with very modern furnishings and appliances. Tons of room with large master closet and one car garage. We brought lots of toys with us like bicycles, golf clubs, beach toys and had plenty of room for everything. The generosity of the owner was amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with ample storage containers. The location is sort of in the middle of everything we wanted to do. About 30 minutes or less from the airport, 2 major league spring training fields, Siesta Key beach, Van Wezel Performing Arts, Myaaka State Park, Ringling Museum, and downtown Sarasota. The community is attractive, safe and friendly. We enjoyed hanging out at the heated pool with the neighbors. Within in walking distance of Costco and Planet Fitness (which we joined for the month we were here). Legacy Trail is about 5 minutes away. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely plan another trip here.
