This beautifully renovated ocean-view studio suite offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a large wraparound porch, and amazing views from the living area, kitchen, dining area, and even from the queen-size bed. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, E15 sleeps up to 2 guests and provides a peaceful upper-resort setting for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway.

The suite features a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, and comfortable interior living spaces designed for easy island living. One of E15’s standout features is the large wraparound porch, which offers a private setting for outdoor dining for two, plus a larger dining table for four when entertaining friends. Two lounge chairs on the balcony provide the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the islands.

E15 is located in the upper section of the resort. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Complimentary shuttle service operates from the resort lobby throughout the 15-acre property daily, and the resort is close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

The Location was nice. The main issue for us would be parking concerns. It is an absolute cluster when the restaurant is open, and the gate lets to many people through, and they park anyplace they want.

Photos don’t do this place justice. The views from the balcony were incredible! I enjoyed reading every morning in the comfy chair on the balcony. The kitchen had all the basic essentials. We loved our room and enjoyed our week long relaxing vacation.

Unfortunately my timing was during a tropical storm but with the comfortable room and the view of the harbor it made it easier to accept. I was down on business so did not partake of any beach activities but there were many to be had in the area.

Very pretty view

The view and the property was amazing! Property was up on a high hill away from the main area. Beaches were not walkable due to this hill. A shuttle can take you to a trail that you can walk, though! Staff is very friendly. we had everything that we needed. The power went off due to storms for a couple days and staff worked with me.

This was a studio apartment had great resources for scuba gear, multiple choice of coolers & candles. You will need lighter. However the staff was stellar. Mr. Willie & Ms. Julissa & Mr. Joseph & the wait staff & food at Sun & Sea was perfect everything was so good. They made our stay so good. We want to come back bc of them.

best vacay

We only have rave reviews for our recent stay at Point Pleasant. We can't wait to return and hope to stay again in exact same room if possible. Our 8 nights on St Thomas went too fast (my only complaint). Thank you PP, STT! We love and appreciate you! p.s. I would have written in the guest book in our room but didn't pack a pen! Beautiful Views, close to everything!

We stayed at point pleasant during the last leg of our two week vacation in St Thomas. Our first week we stayed in a loft room on the 8th floor at the Marriott in Frenchmans Reef. We actulally enjoyed this quaint setting much better. I've saw some reviews where people complain about the hills, but this is St Thomas, almost everything is on a hill, the difference is at Point Pleasant they shuttle you up and down the hill, into Red Hook, and to other close beaches. Staff are pleasant and helpful. You don't get either one of those at the Marriott! Awesome views, fully equipped, nice to run in to Red Hook for dining and drinks. Really enjoyed!

Beautiful getaway for 2

My husband and I stayed here at the end of January and we LOVED it! All the employees were helpful and kind, the property was beautiful. Just be ready to walk some hills. The views are spectacular, the room was perfect for 2 and we will definitely be back.

Relaxing Vacation

I had the most wonderful time at Point Pleasant! I would not have chosen any different resort for this or any future vacation in St. Thomas and I am hoping to definitely come back. All the staff members were beyond wonderful, accommodating and super helpful. Absolutely everyone at the resort is very friendly and made me feel welcome and relaxed. I would definitely give you guys a 10 if I could, but since 5 is the highest, 5 it is! I was meaning to write a great review on your website as well as priceline but life and work got in the way. However, i still intend to do so! Just give me a few days :)

Perfect vacation

At the end of July (2014) we enjoyed one of the best vacations of our lives, 8 days and nights in unit E-15 at the Point Pleasant resort. E-15, located near the top of Point Pleasant, is a cozy, clean and updated studio-sized condo with a very comfortable king bed, full kitchen equipped with utensils, plates, glasses and cookware, and a separate seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is free wi-fi. The upper swimming pool is a short walk away. And what a view! Normally I am a late riser, but I was up early every morning to gaze at the vistas. To the side of the wrap-around balcony is the bay, where Jimmy Buffet's new resort Margaritaville is set to open, and across the bay, Coki Beach, famous for its snorkeling. From the front of the balcony, you can see St. John and, in the distance, Tortola and the BVI. Point Pleasant itself, with units rising steeply from the bay to the top of the hill, is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained, with a courteous and eager-to-please staff. The cab ride from the airport to Point Pleasant is about $15 per person. At present at Point Pleasant, there is a bar on the bay, Panga, which serves casual food (burgers, tacos, etc.) and superb tropical cocktails. There is a small beach at the bottom of Point Pleasant where you can snorkel, adjacent to the Sugar Bay resort, which holds a carnival party on Thursday nights. Only minutes away from Point Pleasant on the East End of the island is the village of Red Hook, which offers the best variety of dining and drinking establishments on St. Thomas. I highly recommend the Italian restaurant Pesce. A mile or so past Red Hook is the Food Center supermarket, which sells steaks, fresh fish and live Caribbean lobster. Also, wine, beer and a wide range of liquors. We saved ourselves quite a bit of money eating breakfast and dinner at the condo. At Red Hook you catch the half-hour ferry to Cruz Bay on St. John. The ferry leaves on the hour and costs $14 round trip. Also close by is Sapphire Beach, which has good snorkeling and plenty of shade trees. At Sapphire, you can catch a day sail to St. John and various snorkeling spots aboard the 57-foot sailboat Nightwind. For $115 (if paid in cash), you sail from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., make at least two stops, with an open bar all day, fresh fruit and pastries when you board, and a delicious lunch. They take up to 15 passengers, but there were only six of us the day we sailed.

So Relaxing and Fun!

Such a perfect location! If you just want to relax or head out for some fun, this is perfect! My husband and I planned this trip for our anniversary and we are already looking at the calendar to do it again! The views were spectacular and we couldn't ask for a nicer setting! Sugar Bay and Coki Bay are so close and Red Hook is not too far! Panga had excellent food and bar service and great staff! Loved our whole time there! Miss it already!
