Road Access- Our home is located directly off of 105, allowing for easy access. This highway is very well maintained with plows and salt. Our HOA works hard to maintain the roads (plowing and salting at 7 AM) and the street to our lower drive is completely flat. If you plan to park in our upper driveway we highly recommend AWD vehicles during the winter weather. Our driveway will be scraped and salted before arrival if it snows. Additional salt will be available at the property if needed.
Driveway Information- The upper driveway has a significant incline but offers easy access near the front door and fits two SUVs. This driveway requires AWD in winter weather. The lower driveway is flat, fits two SUVs, and requires stairs to reach the home. Vehicles with low clearance should hug the left side when using the upper driveway.
For entry, there’s a convenient electronic keypad on the main level. Please note that the home has two sets of stairs, so plan accordingly for your group.
AC will be available in June, July, and August. If you have any questions about availability, please message me.
The gas burning stove (indoors) is available November-March.

About the host
Hosted by Charlotte Green
Hello! My name is Charlotte. I am from North Carolina. I am an elementary school art teacher who loves to travel.
Why they chose this property
When we saw this neighborhood I immediately knew it was "the one". The community has tennis courts, a pool, swings, a basketball court, a hiking trail, and a grassy area for to toss the football around. To top it off the views were stunning and the drive was easy. I knew this was the perfect spot for kids to run and play. The house is fantastic, but the community is unbeatable. This neighborhood is meant for making memories with family and friends.
What makes this property unique
Our home is located on a lost ski resort in the 70's and 80's. It is a mid century chalet that has been restored to it's former glory days of the 70's.
