1) We require the primary renter to be at least 25 years of age.
2) This is our home, and we do not allow pets, smoking of any type, vaping, or private events or parties.
3) We request guests to follow simple check-out procedures to ensure it is left in neat and tidy condition -- lock windows is opened, remove trash to community dumpster, start dishwasher.

Once you make a reservation, we reserve this home exclusively for your family to enjoy! In exchange, we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy. Refunds will not be allowed outside of our cancellation policy — please take this into account when booking. This includes, but is not limited to the following: cancellations related to illness, weather-related events (including too much snow OR not enough snow OR rain), cancellation of events, flight delays/cancellations, pandemics, government actions, immigration, etc. For this reason, we strongly recommend all guests purchase a trip cancellation insurance policy to defray the costs of cancelling your trip if you are not able or willing to travel. We recommend guests strongly consider "Cancel For Any Reason" policies since they provide refunds for pretty much any reason - just review terms and find a plan that works for you. It is unlikely that we will be able to re-rent dates we have reserved exclusively for you at the last minute. Also please note that while we work to keep furnishings and amenities in top working order, they may change or break and can not be guaranteed.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check the Massanutten Village website or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Not allowed in this home. To Note: Leashes are required on pets in Massanutten.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
