The Saco Getaway | River Access | Storyland

Private and spacious home with plenty of space for multiple families. Large kitchen + dining room with a cozy living area, located in a quaint neighborhood, then 3 miles from Attitash. Just a short walk to private Saco River access and Mt. Stanton Trailhead. 2 car garage is especially nice during the winter months. Basement w/ exercise Room, washer/dryer & plenty of space for ski gear. Hang out by the fireplaces inside or by the firepit in the warmer months, our home is perfect for every season!

WE ARE LOCAL - Let us know if you need anything at all
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

We met here to celebrate our daughter's 40th bday. Our group included our daughter, her husband and 2 children as well as our 2 adults sons. The property exceeded our expectations. The layout was perfect to accomodate our group. Everyone had their own private space. We could be together AND we could retreat to quiet space. Property was clean and well outfitted. The rental team was readily available and quick to respond to any questions.
