This is a STUNNING Lakefront panoramic condo, 1200 sq ft filled with beautiful furniture and just waiting for you to visit with your family. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes life easy and private - you could have 2 families, with 4 adults and two kids in the twin bedroom. Quality is all over the place. Check out the tasteful furniture and enjoy the upgraded carpets!! It's a Tahoe mountain style theme with kitchen set up in case you want to cook in!! You won't ever want to leave!






The Brockway Tower, our seven stories high-rise with 3 bedroom accommodations, has great views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada mountains. This three bedroom unit is lakefront and has ground floor laundry facilities available for a minimal charge.

We are located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe and the area offers you a kaleidoscope of things to do and see. Whatever your mood or lifestyle, from skiing and boating, exciting casino night life, or a quiet evening indoors, Brockway offers many options. On-site our Recreation Area has two tennis courts, a year round heated outdoor swimming pool*, fishing and boating pier, a Lakeview clubhouse, coed sauna (bathing suits required) and a fitness room. Your vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, week or month away from it all. *Swimming pool closed twice a year for maintenance. We offer discounts for weekly stays, and depending on availability we offer attractive pricing, inquire with last minute rentals.

I chose the neighborhood because you can walk out your door and be right in the heart of Kings Beach, an authentic Tahoe town with all the trimmings you want. Restaurants, beachfront, shopping!!

What makes this property unique

There is nowhere on the Lake with the kind of history our property has. From the turn of the last century it has evolved into an amazing spot with casinos back in the day. Our pier was once the entrance to the lake for many who came by train and were picked up by the postal steamer which stopped all around the lake. It was the best way to travel!! We actually have real HOT SPRINGS!!
