Half way between Catania and Syracuse , Villa is located about 3 km from Brucoli Village.Self-catering accomodation for 1-2 or more families,this Villa is a modern-style family home put in the middle of countryside, surrounded by orange & olive groves for an estate larger than 10 hectares . All area around resort is strictly private and nobody is allowed to bother Guests' privacy!!!The resort is positioned inside an area from where it is very easy to reach very interesting places like Etna volcano , ancient greeks ruines in Syracuse and Taormina or Roman ruines in Piazza Armerina and more other beautiful locations. Although the villa is very close to the sea (only 1km away), it is equipped with a private swimming pool (Available from 1st May to 15th October) and a large area adjacent to it where you can relax, sunbathe and have lunch/dinner using the barbecue. There is the possibility of having fresh eggs each day, thanks to the presence of some lovely hens! There 's also a small vegetable garden that will provide some fruit and vegetables! ( Limited availability of fresh eggs and vegetable garden during pandemic: ask owner )

The Villa is divided into two independent parts: a main, two floor, part which can house til 8 people (4 bedrooms), and a single ground floor annex which can house til 7 people (3 bedrooms), linked together by a cool covered outside eating area with furnitures Ping-Pong table and a foosball table. Ample private parking. Three Outside showers. 1 Delightful barbeque area just outside the kitchen of the main house. Free wifi included, working throught the whole Villa.
7 bedrooms: 1 double ensuite bedroom, 5 doubles with very close bathrooms, 1 triple situated in the single floor house and the possibility of adding a comfortable rollaway bed in one of the rooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with a roof fan and air conditioning. Baby cot and highchair available on request.We will provide the breakfast for the first morning (milk,cereals,rusks,jam,juice,eggs) so you won't have to run to the supermarket the very first day.

Groups until 8 people will automatically gain access just to the main building, which has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Annex will be fully opened for groups of 11 people and more. If you need more than 4 bedrooms, although you're less than 9, please inform the owner!!! To respect the guest privacy, the annex will not be booked, although you will book only for the main house.
