Villa Sofia, unique in its kind.
Located on a hill, behind the Iblei mountains and the imposing Etna volcano; with a splendid panorama of the city and the Siracusan coast, the villa is located near the town of Solarino.
A short distance away you can visit the ancient Greek city, Syracuse (about 16 km); the Necropolis of Pantalica in the Anapo Valley (one of the largest natural reserves in the Mediterranean), Noto (the capital of the Baroque), the Siracusan beaches and the various shopping centers (Auchan, Conforama, Carrefour).
At 35 minutes you arrive at Catania Fontanarossa airport.
The villa is on 2 levels.
Each with independent entrances, one of which is the home of the owners, in the second there are accommodation for guests which are divided into three independent sections:
a first apartment for up to 10 people, with 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and several sofa beds, a bathroom with shower, a large and bright kitchen / living room with air conditioning;
2 wooden cottages (each one of which can accommodate 4-5 people), with a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchen / living room and a bathroom.
Large lawn gardens surround it. Beautiful 6 x 14 swimming pool with diving board, whirlpool corner, comfortable solarium equipped with sun beds, deck chairs, and umbrellas.
Near the swimming pool there are a bathroom, 2 showers, a changing room.
Also on the outside it is possible to take advantage of a veranda furnished with tables and chairs, a stone barbecue with hob, stone oven and equipped kitchen, where you can have lunch and dinner with unforgettable barbecues;
Another veranda used as a leisure and relaxation area is located on the opposite side, with a corner bar equipped with an ice machine, a beer stapler, an espresso coffee machine; where you can take advantage of the table tennis table, table football and billiards, but also make karaoke and open-air cinema Home theater.
During your stay you can take advantage of exclusive services on request such as:
