The exterior of the properties are finished in a traditional Andalusian style and all residences are distributed on two floors and have private garden with generous terraces for al fresco dining. Accompanied by large communal outdoor pool, the properties are air conditioned and have totally equipped kitchens and spacious living and dining area.

The Arcos Gardens golf course is temporarily closed for technical studies ahead of a major renovation promoted by the owning company. Work is scheduled to begin in March 2026 and will last around one year.
