This property is just a short drive to Arches National Park (10 minutes), where you can marvel at even more incredible natural wonders of Utah! Canyonlands National Park and Deadhorse State Park are also only 45 minutes away.

Cottonwood 343 is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Moab, where you can explore the charming local shops and indulge in delicious meals at nearby restaurants. There are also two townie bikes that you can use to stroll around town to local shops, restaurants or along the bike path through town! If you prefer to cook at the property, you'll have a fully stocked kitchen and gas BBQ grill available. You can enjoy your meals on the outside patio or inside dining table.

If you're traveling with several vehicles, ATVs, and/or bikes; you'll have ample space for parking and storing your gear in the spacious two-car garage. You'll also have a driveway parking space available directly outside of the garage. The height of the garage is 6 feet 10 inches and the depth is 19 feet.  The driveway is 31 feet on an angle.

The master bedroom in this property hosts a king mattress while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room transitions into a sleeper when additional space is required.

There is a designated workspace if you are working remotely or would like to write a letter, journal or enjoy some reflection.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
