The location is perfect for a nice walk after dinner downtown. The living room area is perfect for happy hout srinks and hanging out after dinner. Communication was amazing.

Great property that is in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We rented the property to mountain bike the Moab trails. Property worked great for us with the garage to store bikes in and the hot tub for the end of day.
We absolutely loved this vacation rental! From the minute we walked in we knew it was the place for us. CLEAN and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We have extensive experience with vacation rentals, both managing and renting properties . This property exceeded our expectations and we will be back!

The unit was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. Our group of 6 felt comfortable during our 3 day stay. The owner and property manager were responsive to questions we had prior to check-in and after. We didnot use amenities like the pool or bikes. The location is close to town. Very convenient to gas up and find eateries.
This is our second time staying in this home. It is one of the BEST places we have ever rented. CLEAN, STOCKED, AND COMFORTABLE!! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly want to have in this home away from home. We will be back!

Our family of five had an excellent stay at this house in early August. We hit the national parks in the morning, chilled out after lunch, then went back in the evening when it cooled off. Loved the location, and the house worked out really well with a hot tub in the back yard to sooth all the aching muscles from hiking during the day. Super convenient to restaurants and a grocery store. Would stay here again for sure.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very accommodating and clean. excellent location. walking distance to great restaurants and city center. one minute bike ride to bike shuttle pick up and bike shop. huge garage with bike work stand. great hot tub. lots of thoughtful amenities. lots of original artwork

The house was just perfect! It’s fully stocked with all the essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry detergent, dishes, condiments, utensils, enough towels for bathing and the hot tub, etc. The house is very clean, spacious, comfortable and in a nice location. Communication with the hosts is very easy. The art is very nice and interesting. I highly recommend this house!
Clean, spacious, well set up for two families with teens. The location was great for all of our Moab cycling and trail running activities. A quick walk to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Loved the shaded patio table and BBQ. Lovely private back yard with hot tub and seating. Fully stocked, clean kitchen. Great communication with host and easy check in and check out. Double garage was great for bike storage. Next time we are in Moab we would absolutely stay here again.
The art fascinates. We liked some of it, but not all of it. House was clean and well stocked. Communication with the people who manage the house was timely and excellent. A more accurate rating for this house would be 4.5 stars overall. Why? There wasn't a fan over the stovetop. It got smoky when we cooked steaks. Unless you need fond, use the outside grill, which worked great.
We had a great time staying in the house. This was one of the best stocked homes with everyday needs of any home we've stayed at. Not a bunch of mix and match items like others we've stayed at. House was clean and well taken care of. Only 1 concern and 1 other thing came up at this stay. Might have been some work out something going on recently as there was a bunch of nails on the ground that we discovered the first day outside by the hot tub. Management apologized and quickly came and got them. The only other thing which wasn't a big deal as we played it off with the kiddos is a few of the paintings were of topless women. Someone else might have an issue. So this is more just of a heads up type thing or maybe a notification of what's there. But we still had an amazing time and would stay again.
