No smoking of any kind permitted.
Home is on a gravel road and is in a wooded area. You may encounter animals and insects in their natural habitat during your stay.
It is a very dog friendly neighborhood so you may come across dogs who live on the road walking off leash.
Due to the change in seasons the air conditioners are installed mid June- late September. The dock is installed around mid-May, and the outdoor furniture, grill, and water equipment are available from spring to mid October.
