Charming Studio 2 minutes walk from a sandy beach

The studio features a double and a trundle bed. It is ideal for couples but it can also facilitate 3 people by making use of the trundle bed. It is located at the heart of the lively Hersonissos in Sanoudaki Street. Its central location makes it an ideal choice to explore the beauty of this town and the Island of Crete. It is only a stone throw away from the beach road were all the restaurants, cafeterias and bars are located. The nearest sandy beach is just 2 minutes walk from the studio. Pharmacy, a big super market, medical center and bakery store are within a 5-7 minute walk from the studio. The largest conference centers are only 7 minutes walk while the Creta Golf Club and Hersonissos large Water Fun Park can be easily reached. The Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport is at 23 km away and the archaeological site of Knossos is easily accessible by bus.

The studio is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities in order to ensure your comfortable stay. It is spacious, air conditioned and features free Wi-Fi access. It has an equipped kitchenette, where you can prepare your meals on your own, and a mini refrigerator. The studio also features a flat screen TV and a safety box which is provided to our guests free of charge. The bathroom is tastefully renovated and includes a hydromassage shower. Finally the room has a private furnished balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sea and the countryside view! Housekeeping and change of linen services is included in the room rate and is offered every three days.From November till March housekeeping and change of linen services is offered once a week.

My family and I will provide you with valuable help in every information or assistance you may need and we will make sure that you experience the traditional Cretan hospitality!

Jolie et agréable résidence

Accueil très chaleureux Propriétaire très disponible nous donnant de bons conseils et d'une gentillesse remarquable Très agréable petit studio à 2 pas de la mer et très bien entretenu avec un personnel sympa environnement agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir visiter cette belle île (bus, bateaux, location de voitures) et tout cela proche de cette jolie résidence Magnifiques et inoubliables vacances en Crête où la population est charmante Merci encore à Georges

Un accueil tellement chaleureux et attentionné

Nous avons séjourné deux belles journées mais quel accueil et gentillesse nous avons eu droit. Le logement qui est très bien équipé est situé près du marché d'alimentation, de la plage et de l'activité commerciale qui borde la mer. . Tout se fait à pied et nous avons bénéficié de la facilité du stationnement qui était mis à notre disposition. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de vous revoir un jour.. Merci encore.

Tolle Insel

Ich war mit meiner Frau Anfang Oktober dort. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber fein. Genau das richtige für 2-3 Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alle 2 Tage wurden die Handtücher getauscht. Sie befindet sich ca. 100m von Bars und Restaurants entfernt am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Unweit der Unterkunft befinden sich auch Mietstationen für Pkw und Scooter. Nikos und sein Sohn George sind sehr freundliche Menschen, die immer gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele kennen. Die Vor- bzw Nachsaison ist sehr zu empfehlen, da das Urlaubsziel noch relativ frei von zu vielen Touristen ist. Alles in allem leben dort sehr freundliche Menschen und von "Krise" ist dort nichts zu spüren. Vielen Dank Nikos und George 😉

Great time in a beautiful appartement

Me and two friends stayed in the appartement of Niko. Niko and his son Giorgo were warmly hosts. We felt welcome and comfortable immediately. They helped us in any case. The appartement was clean and comfortable. It included everything we needed. We cooked in the cute little kitchen five times. The only thing that I could critizise is that the kitchen needs some cutters. So that you can cook a little bit easier. But thats really a little point of criticism. We would definitively recommend Nikos appartements. Thank you for your hospitality

Great hosts lovely place to stay

Nikos and George were wonderful hosts. They were prepared to help in any way, even coming to find me at midnight when I lost my way. The studio unit was clean any perfect for one or two with everything needed for a visit. The area is lovely and safe with some very nice restaurant s nearby. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you Nikos and George.
