Welcome to A Wave from it All 1, just a few steps away from the beach and a short Golf Cart or car ride to the famous Flagler Ave. This pool home, situated on the right side of a multi-unit property, offers a private fenced backyard and pool for your enjoyment.

The clean and comfortable interior features Smart TVs and WIFI in all rooms. The tiled floors make it easy to clean up sand, a constant reminder that you're at the beach!

Upstairs, discover a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and a convenient ½ bath. The kitchen includes essentials like a Keurig, crockpot, and an air fryer built into the stove. Open the sliding glass doors off the living room to step onto a spacious balcony overlooking the pool, complete with a gas grill, fire pit, and large outdoor sectional for your entertainment or relaxation. Please note that balconies are semi-private.

Downstairs accommodates 6 guests comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a full-size laundry room. A sunroom off one of the bedrooms is perfect for families with kids, offering a pull-out bed, ping pong table, and Galaga arcade game.

Smart TVs and WIFI are available in all rooms.

Enjoy the outdoor space with a fully fenced backyard featuring a semi-above-ground pool—ideal for kids to play around.

Beach essentials are provided, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella. An outdoor shower on the side of the house allows for easy cleanup after sandy beach days.

Parking is ample, accommodating up to 4 cars or 2 cars and a boat. Kindly park on your side of the home to ensure courtesy.

Things to Note:

-For security, two exterior cameras are in place—one at the front and the other at the back due to the pool.
-This home has 1.5 bathrooms.
-This is our home away from home; we hope you respect it and have a wonderful, comfortable stay.

The perfect “staycation” for the family!!!

We are from the Orlando area and loved this quick and easy getaway! Christy has thought through every detail so you can just rest and relax. Just a few short steps to the beach with ample parking for the family. The cool costal design and decor is an added bonus. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us…we can’t wait to visit again!

Birthday Beach Trip

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The walk to the beach was a very short walk. They had nice beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards for our whole family to use. The owners found out that it was my birthday and had freshly baked cookies delivered to the house. Very thoughtful. The owners provided excellent communication throughout the whole process
