Experience the charm of historic Deadwood while enjoying a comfortable and convenient stay just blocks from Main Street. Located in a classic 1920s building in the Upper Main neighborhood, this spacious apartment offers an ideal setup for families, couples traveling together, groups attending events, or friends exploring the Black Hills.

Designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, the layout features two private bedroom suites connected by a shared kitchen and dining space, giving guests privacy while still allowing room to gather together. Each bedroom includes two queen beds, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, TV, and private access, making the setup especially convenient for larger groups or multiple couples traveling together.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, including a full electric range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and seating for up to six guests.

Outside, guests have access to the shared front porch, front yard, and fully fenced backyard — perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or unwinding after a day downtown. The outdoor space is shared with the other two units located on the property.

One of the best parts of this property is the location. Situated only three blocks from Historic Main Street, you’ll have quick access to Deadwood’s restaurants, casinos, nightlife, shopping, and local attractions while still enjoying a quieter neighborhood setting. The city trolley stop is located directly next door, making it easy to get around town without worrying about parking. A local breakfast and lunch diner is also conveniently located nearby.

Deadwood’s seasonal trolley system offers convenient transportation throughout town for a small fee, with a trolley stop located directly next to the property. Great Girls Trip Location

Our group of four college friends took our annual girls trip to Deadwood. The location was perfect, close enough to walk downtown but not near all the noise and traffic. There’s also a good little cafe next door with great breakfast.

Ladies get away

There were 5 of us ladies staying at your facility. We found it held all of our needs. There were some dishes, extra towels and blankets. It was nice and clean. It was right next door to a restaurant where we ate breakfast every morning. We could walk to everything in town. A very handy little place.
