Beautifully renovated villa less than 5 minutes from the beach
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Spartan House less than a 5 minute walk from the white sandy and crystal clear waters of the south beach in Jolly Harbour. This beautifully renovated villa has a comfortable living area. There is a well equipped kitchen with the stainless steel appliances. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have shower rooms. The living room leads to a spacious deck fitted with a large BBQ grill, dining table with chairs, sun loungers and a large outdoor sink area.
Jolly Harbour is a gated community with two lovely beaches, several restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, golf course, community swimming pool, tennis courts and more.
Tourist Guest Levy of US$5.00 per person per night is due on arrival at the villa.
