Perfect location in a superbly clean place with an amazing view of the bay. Great access to Acadia, Bar Harbor and Ellsworth and very responsive hosts.
Beyond what I had imagined! House was very comfortable - we had everything we would have hoped for and more. Close to acadia but peaceful and pleasant that we could relax and kayak right off the dock.
Beautiful home! Excellent location to Acadia National Park. The owners have done an outstanding job at making their home inviting to guest. As many places as we’ve traveled, never have we’ve been greeted by so many extras. Snacks on the table, coffee, sugar, creamer, spices. Would recommend this place to anyone! When we come back to Maine, this will be our spot again! Thank you!
Loved this house. Beautiful views from just about every where in the house. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything you needed. Location was close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We enjoyed our stay, would rebook again.
Beautiful house situated right by the water. Peaceful and secluded but only 20m to the National Park entrance. Host is communicative and thoughtful. House is spotless. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property
Ambience This oceanfront property is unique as it is tucked into a protected cove with lake-like, still waters providing a relaxing ambience. Tall mature trees surround the property providing shade. Nature sounds surround the property providing a place to relax and immerse yourself in nature.
This property sits on a generous sized lot of > 5 acres.
Location is also ideal and convenient - situated in between Ellsworth ( town with bigger stores for shopping ). And a short drive to mount desert island connected by the Trenton bridge. Travel to the mount desert island is scenic along the Trenton bridge.
The Hancock county Bar Harbor airport is very close to the property.
What makes this property unique
We remodel all our waterfront homes with guest comfort in mind. Comfortable living room furniture, top of the line mattresses for our king size beds. The views of the cove / ocean is fantastic. Sunrises are pretty amazing. Seeing wild life up close are memorable moments.
