Kissick Point is a peaceful and roomy, 4-bedroom home overlooking Union Bay and perched above the shore, providing a stunning 180-degree view of the water and colorful sunsets. Located at the end of the road means privacy and peace at the end of busy day hiking or strolling Bar Harbor. But just 3 miles from Ellsworth shops and groceries.

On the first floor:
On the side facing the water, the open design includes a casual living room, kitchen, and dining area with a wall of windows to the water. Access the deck and fenced yard too. We call this the 'view room' :-)

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need - dishes, glasses, good knives, serving dishes, pots, pans, lobster pot, etc! Dining table seats 8 and kitchen island has stool seating.

Just off the kitchen, you'll find a full-size bathroom with walk-in shower, and a small bedroom with the best view, two twin beds, and dresser.

The front entrance features a hall coat closet.

Off the hallway leading to the Great Room, you'll find the second bedroom with Queen bed, views, dresser and small closet. Aross from the bedroom is another full bath with tub/shower combo and laundry.

The Great Room allows guests to spread out even more, with two comfy couches, chairs, a pub table for games and puzzles and a spot for remote work. Watch your favorites shows on the 70" HDTV, read, do puzzles or play games for evening enjoyment.

On the second floor:
The large Master Bedroom faces the water, has plenty of closet space, an HDTV, and a full Bath with tub/shower combo. A pack 'n play is also available and kept in the closet for use as needed.

Across the hall is the 4th bedroom offering 2 Queen-sized beds, HDTV, large closets, and a view too!

Outside you'll find a deck with seating for 10, BBQ Grill, fire pit, and picnic table. Take the short walk through the trees (or via the shore) to "Kissick Point" and shallow cove areas perfect for wading, skipping stones, launching kayaks etc. You can also walk the shore in either direction.

Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, enjoy streaming channels and Charter Spectrum Streaming access.

Short drive gets you access to Acadia hiking, carriage roads for biking, and Bar Harbor. At the house, rent boats to enjoy kayaking, relax on the shore, or make s'mores over the camp fire pit while gazing at the millions of stars.

Base rate is for 8 people with a maximum of 10 total people over the age of 2-years old. Extra person is $200 up to two additional people. ONLY one pet allowed, up to 60 lbs. $200 pet fee. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
