Cute place with lots of potential

The place is cute and laid out well. The only complaint is if there's someone in the other unit it's incredibly loud. I recommend only allowing 1 small pet and no children to ensure both units enjoy their stay. The first few days of our stay were WONDERFUL but once the other unit had tenants in it it was almost unbearable with the sound. The host did mention they have plans to sound proof it but again I just don't feel like the set up is good for children stomping up and down stairs all night. So maybe just allowing couples with small pets. The place was clean. We didn't leave the place alot so can't say much about the neighborhood. We were a little confused where we first arrived about how to access the unit but once we did we did enjoy sitting outside in the private yard. With just a few changes this could be an excellent stay
