From November 1- April 15 please be aware of the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules pertaining to snow tires requiring M/S or M+S tires, snow tires (3PMSF), or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by local vendor and is intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 3 vehicles directly in front of the property.

Located a short few minutes walk from the Brighton Ski Resort lifts or the Solitude Nordic Center, this is the perfect landing spot for those wanting comfort, easy access to the resort, and convenience at an affordable rate. Offering two en-suite king bedrooms, two en-suite queen bedrooms, common1/2 bath with washer/dryer, huge living area, fireplace, open decks, BBQ, satellite TV, pool table, well-equipped kitchen with a huge island bar that doubles as a 12-person dining table, and two queen sofa sleepers in the great room. The full interior remodel that occurred in 2022 makes this a stunning and updated stay for families, groups, and anyone looking to be slopeside!

Brighton Resort is only a ONE-minute walk from this stunning unit, and a 6-minute walk to the Majestic Chairlift. Staying here eliminates the need for resort parking reservations! You could not ask for a better location for Brighton!

Fantastic cottage just steps away from the Milly lift.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is the perfect place to stage your cottonwood canyon ski trip from. It’s very nice, has a great fireplace and it’s close enough to eat lunch at while skiing Brighton or even have a short nap before heading back out to ski.

House is very well thought out. Loved ensuite bedrooms. Perfect for a big group! Had everything we needed but if it hadn’t Eric would have tried to accommodate. For you moms - yes it has a crockpot!

Awesome ski and family vacation

The Manor at Brighton was the perfect place for a vacation for our extended family. Having four separate master bedrooms with ensuite baths was perfect for our situation. Some people skied and some people hung out all day and the location was perfect for us to spend lots of time together. Kent was a great host and helped us a couple times with perfect communication. I highly recommend the Manor at Brighton for anyone looking for a great mountain vacation.

Great Place Right at the Base of Brighton

Really clean, newly remodeled place that is perfect for a gathering of family and friends. Views from the upper floor are magnificent! It's got everything you need for a great time on the mountain. Beds were very comfortable with great linens on the beds and in the bathrooms! Only suggestion is to make sure you bring your own ice as the fridge doesn't have an ice maker.
