Sun-filled vacation house with water view in the beautiful Magnolia town in Gloucester. MA (CAPE ANN). This charming, beautiful, super clean and well kept place allows for the best of both worlds - quiet and relaxation with quick access to the most beautiful downtowns, charming shops, galleries, beaches, cultural centers, activities and more in CAPE ANN. The property is near Magnolia and Gloucester Downtown.

Listen to the ocean during the peaceful evening, from the deck or front porch. Also a delightful sound of the buoy will captivate the beautiful moment.

The house itself is adorable and has been fully renovated. With 1 new brand kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths + 1 master bath, is a perfect place for more than 1 family, group or couples. The flexible floor plan allows for a variety of room uses.

You can get around any CAPE ANN town by car, commuter rail, biking, motorcycle or running ;-)

Commuter rail (purple line) - Newburyport/Rockport Line.

The property is located just 2 mins. walking from one major attraction: the Hammond Castle, which was modeled after a medieval castle and 30 mins walk and 5 mins drive to the Stage Fort Park.

Magnolia features several retail stores and restaurants. To venture out of Magnolia, it’s a very quick, easy and beautiful drive to Downtown Gloucester, Manchester-By-The-Sea or any other downtown in the CAPE ANN area, which boasts plenty of other retail, recreational amenities, excellent restaurants and much more.

The Coolidge Reservation Trail 6 mins. from the house by car. A one-mile trail runs from the parking area to the top of Bungalow Hill, around Clarke Pond to Magnolia Beach, and to the Ocean Lawn. Easy walking, though moderate in places.

When to Visit... Ocean Lawn: year-round, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 8AM to sunset. Gray (Magnolia) Beach: May through September, 8AM to sunset for walking only. No sunbathing allowed. Remainder of the property: year-round, daily, 8AM to sunset. Allow a minimum of 1 hour.

We came to the area to watch our daughters and their significant others run in the Salem half marathon. We had a wonderful weekend with family. We cooked meals and played games the space for enjoying time with family was absolutely wonderful. Located between Gloucester and Manchester we were able to enjoy the area as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Fall getaway

This house is in the best location. Quiet and peaceful with easy access to other sightseeing spots. The surroundings are absoultly gorgeous, We had a ocean view form upstairs porch and turkeys frequent in the yard. Quick walk to castle and short drive to local parks. This house made our vacation.

A Beautiful house for a beautiful trip

This home was the perfect retreat for our girls getaway. The house was very clean, welcoming, and had more than enough space for our group of 5. The view of the sea from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and the neighborhood is like something from a movie. Rafal is a friendly and attentive host. Nice, clean 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with open floor plan. Off street parking, big back yard. Minutes from downtown Gloucester's & Manchester's restaurants, beaches and other activities. Some ocean views. Good for several people or just a couple. A great getaway spot in New England.

Girls weekend

The home was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway of 6 adult cousins. There was plenty of room to relax and reconnect, and the location was perfect for our day trips to Salem and Rockport. The home was well stocked, clean, and maintained. Kudos to the host! I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful area and convenient to sites and towns nearby. The deck of the home was fantastic and views of the ocean were wonderful. House was very clean and stocked with all essentials. Some felt the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Some also struggled with lack of outlets in bedrooms and bathrooms. There are repairs needed with the unstable toilet downstairs.

Fantastic Rental

Great House, in a great Gloucester neighborhood. beautiful views of the ocean from the upstairs, and deck. House was clean, cozy and well furnished. Nice backyard to play with little kids, and good sized bedrooms. Owners were friendly and quick to respond. Easy check in and check out. I would stay here again, and recommend to everyone!

Family Visit to Salem

Our family, which consisted of three teenage girls, had a great time visiting MA. We very much enjoyed our time in Salem at Halloween and this house was perfect for all our needs. reunion with brother and sisters

We grew up in the 50's thru the 80's in nearby Lynn. Picked Rafaels house because of its location and open floor plan. Having 3 bedrooms each with a full bath was exceptional and a must have for our crowd of 2 married and one single. We enjoyed the deck and view of the ocean. very nice and would recomend the house to others.

As a guest we are very respectful, super clean (I am not kidding), quiet, friendly and responsible. We love and enjoy super clean places as well. We take excellent care of any place we visit. We treat other owner’s property the same way we would like our guest reat ours :-)

As a host, we enjoy our guest independence. Our goal is to provide a pleasant, clean and neat space they can enjoy during their stay.

We do not like to bother our guest at all unless requested or necessary. We are very flexible, responsible and friendly but clear and strict when guest or group violate the house rules.
