Cozy Apartment in the medieval heart of Pigna with panoramic views
These newly renovated property is in the historical centre of Pigna, a medieval village in the Nervia valley which is 21 kilometers from the sea. It has sun all the year being south faced. The apartment, which is on the first floor of an ancient building, has a bedroom with a double bed and two wardrobes, a modern bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and an ensuite kitchen with all modern appliances and also a washing machine. The windows of the living room have a panoramic view over the Nervia valley. The apartment has a flat TV where you can watch satellite channels and fast and free Wi-Fi internet through an antenna. Air conditioning is also available. Parking is about 100-200 meters from the apartment. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away in the village.

The property has been recently renovated and offer all modern facilities including satellite TV and wi-fi Internet. We have kept the antique tiles. From the windows of the living room you will have a panoramic view of the Nervia valley. The flat is right in the medieval centre of Pigna. Shops and restaurants are a short walking distance away. The street leading to the entrance is pedestrial only, but parking is just 100-200 meters away.
