2 Bedroom, Garden Level Basement
This is the downstairs of an up/down duplex. It's a garden-level basement unit that has it's own private entrance. The private unit has two rooms, each with a queen size bed. Off the 2nd room there's a small room with very low ceilings & a twin sized bed. There is a full kitchen and full size washer/dryer in the unit. Bathroom has elegant vanity and shower. Living area is comfy and features flat screen smart TV. It is centrally-located and near bus depot, stores and parks! At this time, we're looking for tenants who will stay for 30 or more days. All utilities are included in the rent; high speed internet is also included. No smoking. Street parking available.
