This 3 bedroom 2 bath new home is equipped with all you need to enjoy your time in Cedar City or Brianhead, Utah! This is our family vacation home and we picked it because of its great location and modern layout. Only 30 minutes up the mountain to beautiful Brainhead Ski Resort and 5 minute drive to all the amazing local restaurants, shops and Shakespeare Festival grounds. Several beautiful children's parks 5 minutes away! All year long there is a reason to vacation in Cedar City whether it is the access to ski, snow shoeing, surrounded by national and state parks like Cedar Breaks, Zion, Red Rocks, Bryce Canyon, The Shakespeare Festival and more!
Our home was equipped with you in mind. As someone who uses VRBO all the time we wanted to setup a place with comfort and convenience to all the things to do. All rooms are beautifully decorated with access to extra blankets, pillows, and linens. Starting with a king bed in the primary room, a queen in second bedroom and bunk bed with full on top and bottom plus a twin daybed for larger families or girls weekend. If that’s not enough we have a pull out couch too! TVs in all bedrooms plus 55 inch in living room. The bunk room has easy plug in access for gaming so bring along your kiddos gaming console for them to have some evening fun while you enjoy adult time. Beds are ALL comfortable as this was important to us.
All TVs have Firestick with Amazon Prime and access to all local channels. Login into your preferred apps and watch your shows.
Kitchen equipped with all the essential plus, including spices, tea pot, coffee pot, cold brewer, coffee bar, milk frothing wand...we love coffee, wine/beer glassware, wine decanter, massive cheese display board, toaster, blender, pots, pans, bakeware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of dishes, silverware for larger parties. You have all the essentials plus to choose to cook some meals during your stay and save $$ by not eating out every meal. Multiple grocery store options are close by the home. Turn on Amazon Music and enjoy a night in!

Also have a highchair for those with Littles.

Pack light as you have a washer and dryer at your disposal. Plus use the garage to keep your ski or board gear safe in our little cove for equipment during winter months.

Easy to access right off the 15 freeway at exit 62.
1 story home that is handicap accessible from front door to bathrooms. Backyard patio, with chairs and gazebo for morning coffee or evening vino completely fenced yard. Easy digital key code for front door. A 1 car garage. Total parking by home for 3 cars.

We were in town to visit our son and take in the beauty around us. This home was located in the perfect spot to be convenient for everything we did, mountain rides, food and shopping. The home had all we needed for this Momma to do some home cooking for her son and everything else was on order. The host even went out of their way to return a bag I left. We had 3 days skiing in Brian Head with a family of 4. It’s about 40minute drive to the resort but it was worth the drive to come back to a comfortable home. Cedar City has all the amenities and a good choice of restaurants. Certainly need transport to get around as the house is in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of town. Totally recommend this property for a family get away.

We very much enjoyed our stay over the Christmas week. The house is very well kept up with and clean, the owners had put up a tree and left a gingerbread house for us to put together which we absolutely enjoyed. These kinds of details definitely make a difference to me. The area is also beautiful with lots of conveniences. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful start!

This home had everything we needed and more, fantastic location. Quite neighborhood! Only down fall is the living room further is pretty cheap and uncomfortable. So if you plan to just hang out and relax it’s not great. However the beds were very comfortable!

Cedar City Visit

Nice, clean, convenient to Cedar City and parks. You will have to drive everywhere as things are close but not walking distance. Washer/dryer let us pack light. Nice neighborhood. Hosts were helpful and quick to reply to questions. Would stay again. Our GPS got us close but had trouble getting us exactly to the house, fortunately the street signs are good.

The home is well appointed. The beds were so comfortable. When the ad said TV in every room that is so true and they were not little TV's in the living room or bedrooms. The kitchen is great to cook in - plenty of cooking and baking pans, a tub of spices to chose from - walk in shower in the master bath is big and water was always hot. Lots of bath towels - the owner even had laundry soap for us to use. We will be staying in this home again during our spring/summer trip.

Stay at 1-story home near Brianhead

Although the house rules stated no pets, the couches and chairs in the living room had quite a bit of white pet hair on them. The beds were comfortable. I had a hard time getting a comfortable temperature with the furnace, either it was quite warm or when I turned it down one degree, it was quite cool. It would have been super-nice to have kleenex for blowing your nose. Also, if you are planning on doing any cooking be sure to bring your own seasonings as there is only salt and pepper there.

This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. No issues with anything! When I needed the host they were very quick to respond. The home is in great shape and has everything you should be in need of. Closet to town and only 30 minutes to Brian Head ski area and Zion. We are a small family of 3 that loves to spend down time away from our busy lives in Las Vegas area. Cedar City has become our haven to retreat to for that break. We love skiing at Brianhead in the winter and in summer we go to the Shakespeare plays, hike the abundant options of Utah or enjoy one of the many festivals Cedar City hosts throughout the year.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. We really enjoy how walkable the area is and there are a numerous parks nearby the house. Plus it's so close to so many things to do in Cedar City, skiing and near some of the world's best national parks and hiking options! The Saturday Farmer's Market is fun too and has many local wares and food items available.
