Worked great for our family. We attended the Shakespeare festival and it was easy to get to the plays from there. Loved that we had access to the pool… kids loved it! Didn’t know where they key to the clubhouse was at first, but asked the host and figured it out quickly.

Great home in lovely Cedar City

This was a perfect spot to spend some family time. We hiked the nearby Kanarra Falls which were amazing!!! Cedar city had lots of food options and coming back to a home after a long hike was awesome. Would recommend this condo for families wanting a home away from home feel.

Good base location

We used the property to come and go from Zion and Brianhead during a longer trip. Made it convenient and the food around there was excellent. Place was just what we needed and very clean.

Excellent overnight stay!

On a road trip from Los Angeles to Minnesota, and spent the night at this very nice townhouse. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, everything you would need to settle in was provided. Great safe location, garage parking was appreciated. Our stop was short, but the quality of the home made for a very comfortable night. I would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful Townhome

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in this lovely townhome. I was clean, stylish and well equipped with super comfortable beds. We plan on returning for a longer stay and Bryce/Zion visits in the fall.

Beautiful Location for Shakespeare Festival and National Parks

Nice location and very clean and comfortable. Everything worked great and we felt like we were home while enjoying the place. Then swimming pool within the condo association is also very clean and nice as is the gym. We love Cedar City and we really enjoyed staying here. Looking forward to returning.

Nice Place

The property was very nice. Clean and comfortable furnishings. The only issue was the tv which was difficult to operate and find tv listings. Overall I’d rate it a 4.5. Would recommend

Centrally located but hard to find at night

Stayed one week. 5 hr drive from SLC. Would recommend flying into Cedar City, or St George or Las Vegas then rent a car. Clubhouse is ok, pool is ok. Unit had everything In kitchen. Host should add unit no located on front of unit and location to clubhouse almost behind clubhouse rear lot. Unit could use a better grill/larger grill. Grill was fine at clubhouse but propane tank ran out. Good access to Bryce and areas north.

amazingly responsive host!

I have never used VRBO before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The actual company made things confusing by trying to sneak in advertizing a week before the due date, but the host could not have been kinder and more accommodating sorting out that corporate opportunism for me. The condo was nice and convenient and not ambient noise except for the emergency helicopter one night, but that felt good to know someone was being helped! Toni and her crew could not have been nicer with my late night calls trying to find the place and figuring out how to get in etc...all things a newby VRBOer needs extra help with. If all properties are this easy, I will say goodbye to motels.

The townhouse we stayed in had so much room, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a very nice patio area in the back with patio doors off the kitchen out to it. The home was decorated very tasteful with all the amenities you could ask for. I was able to wash some laundry and there was a closet with extra blankets and pillows. The owner even left us the garage door opener so we could come and go through the garage and enough space to park our vehicle. My only complaint was the home needed a thorough spring cleaning and probably a paint job on the multiple minor scuff marks and dents in the walls. The window tracks were filthy probably due to all the dust which should be cleaned at least twice a year. The window treatments need to be replaced, most of them were non functional. Also some some CLR NEEDED on the shower heads!All in all the place I would stay again, just some TLC needed.

Definitely one of my best VRBo experiences as a parent so far! Incredibly well positioned for the Shakespeare festival. Just a five minute drive away. The house was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the pack n play in the master closet, which meant we didn’t have to drag ours upstairs. There were also some lovely, weighty quilts in the linen closet, which is great if you (like me) need some pressure to sleep well.The sheets were washed in scented detergent, which smelled beautiful, but if you have sensitivity, it might be a good idea to run your linens through a plain load or bring a pillow/pillowcase from home.
