Really clean and near alot of places. This cottage was soo cute! Perfect for our family for our weekend getaway. The kids had alot of fun and even when they were playing in other rooms it wasn’t super loud throughout the house. The property was clean and yard well kept. The beds were super comfy! Overall a great experience and we will definitely be booking again

The property had good heat, hot water, comfortable beds and looked clean at first glance, but it had blinds in the main room and bedroom with broken/missing slats which made it look poorly maintained. There were ants in a sugar canister in the cupboard which migrated to the counter top. There were only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper for 2 guests for 3 nights, we had to purchase more.

My friends and I had a girls trip and the house worked for us while we were there. The house is a cute house just has some minor things like window blinds were broken in places and the shower had some aging. But it was clean and comfortable.

It was a very good location for us.A few minor suggestions:Fix dryerHave more toilet paper available. Only had 1.5 rolls for a week stay. The bed I slept on was pretty lumpy. The 3 kings were nice. But overall, it was nice.Thank you to the owners.

Beautiful place, very homey. Comfortable king size beds in every room. Beautiful, big back yard. Located near convenience stores, shopping centers, and parks. Calm and quiet neighborhood. We stayed the week for a boxing tournament and will most definitely stay here again next year.

This cottage was just what we needed for our 10 day stay. When something was missing or needed, our host was quick to our answer our requests and quick to provide what was needed. Appliances and supplies were furnished, and due to our longer stay, the use of the washer and dryer were perfect. Bedrooms were perfect for us and beds were large and soft. We will consider this place again if we are staying in the Kansas City, MO area.

The residence was pet friendly and had an excellent layout for my elderly parents. It was all one level and 2 bedrooms were near the bathroom for them. The bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable
