Comfortable house in a rundown neighborhood. The house was nice - very comfortable beds. There was a smell in the house (there were air fresheners in every room). The house had the basic supplies for a stay.

Great stay

The house was perfect for myself and my 2 daughter in laws for a long weekend getaway! We all had our own space to relax and living room was large enough to enjoy. Only suggestion would be the bathroom could use a little updating but nothing to hinder our weekend!

Great convenient home in Independence

This was a very enjoyable staying a convenient Independence location. The bedrooms are quite large, the beds very comfortable. It was very delightful to just order food and enjoy a meal with friends in the windowed dining room, or just sit in the warm sun on the back deck! I look forward to visiting again!

Independence

House is cute and was surface clean. It needs a little tlc inside and on the grounds outside. Several broken and dirty blinds and inside tub area needs tile and caulking repair. Bedrooms are large and beds comfortable.

Wonderful stay for a Chiefs game!

What a cute and cozy place. Took us 15 minutes to get to the game and there were numerous local restaurants nearby. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to return!

The house is very nice. Yard is overgrown and gate on back fence not working. Gave it a 4 instead of 5 because of a loud train at night. Didn’t bother everyone but woke me 3 times the first night

Nice and clean home away from home

Very clean, good location for visiting Truman library and KC area. Great yard if travelling with your canine family members. Easy to find, all communication quickly answered. Would stay here again!

Somewhat disappointing

Another family was in the house when we arrived at 10:30 p.m. They had booked the dates for 2026 but had been given the code to enter the house. Because of that snafu the property manager came to sort things out and thankfully was able to bring some toilet paper and paper towels otherwise we would have had nothing until stores opened in the morning. We felt that having a check out time of 10 a.m. was a little too early.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The home is nice and it was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy so it was nice to be able to spread out. Cozy cottage

We had a great stay in the comfort of this cozy home. Our teenage girls had their own room on the opposite side of the house and our boys had their own space. House was very cozy with comfortable beds, comfy couch.
