Fantastic stay! House was exactly as described - very well furnished, clean, and in a quiet, wonderful neighborhood. Dale, the owner, was very communicative and up front about everything. Overall, we had ZERO complaints with anything and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

The host was welcoming and the house was nice! Beds are comfy and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. We also really appreciate the spacious back yard for our dog and kids to run around. We appreciate its location and how it’s a short drive to major attractions in KC. However, it’s in desperate need of a deep clean!

We had a very comfortable stay, the house seemed safe and quiet. We loved the fenced yard for our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and had tv’s in two bedrooms. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Short but sweet stay

We enjoyed our stay at Dale's place for 2 nights. Home is as pictures indicates - nice & quaint. Bed was comfortable. We would recommend patio furniture or chairs to enjoy the backyard more. Our dog, Duke, enjoyed the fully fenced yard. We would recommend staying here.

Home away from home

We were there about 5 days and were very pleased with our decision to do so. The property is quaint and comfortable with everything we needed. The host was very kind and interested in our well being while we were there. The drive to Kansas City every day was pleasant and very manageable. We will choose this location again when we return to this area.

Great stay

The property was perfect for my family while we were in town for a Royals game. It was an easy drive to the stadium. It was very clean and in a good neighborhood. The backyard is perfect for pets. The highlight of this property though are the beds! They were very comfortable. Would definitely rent this property again.

Cute and cozy

It was a nice place to stay. I will say however as mentioned there is only what is mentioned. We assumed kleenex would be there. But there was none. It is pet friendly and although we did not bring our fur baby you most definitely smelled the past fur babies. But was not enough to bother too much. Just wiffs now and then. Otherwise the kids loved it. We loved it and not a bad drive to where we needed to go. Would stay again. Thank you.
