Bathrooms include custom tile tubs and showers. View the 42' flat screen TV from the well appointed living space, designed for maximum lounging.

Just 5 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Grove Park Inn, 15 minutes from the Biltmore Estate and less than 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, take advantage of all the sights Western North Carolina has to offer. Discover a mecca of downtown fine dining, world famous barbecue, food trucks and authentic ethnic cuisine, or just order-in from an array of local food delivery services. We enjoyed staying at this home; it was clean and very comfortable. The location is close to a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and other grocery stores. Of course, you aren’t far from downtown Asheville, another plus. Great restaurants!

Cozy cottage that was perfect for two couples, close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood convenient for anything you want to do. Rare find with two king size beds and en suites! Living area was a great place to relax with a comfy couch and kitchen has everything you need to whip up breakfast before a day exploring the area. The screened in porch was a wonderful bonus. Great decor throughout and spacious bedrooms. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

We enoyed our stay very much and the house was absolutely beautuful and had everything we needed and then some. We hope to return sometime in the future and would give this place a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to other people. I've also paid more for crappy hotels and the price was very affordable and well, well worth it.

This property and cottage were absolutely perfect. It was so cute and cozy. Extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Even though other properties are close it is a very quiet area. It was easy to get to as well. We had an anazing stay at this cottage and will definitely book in the future if we are in the area.

The yard is somehow more delightful than the pictures already make it look and the house was delightfully spacious and extremely well suited to a weekend get away for two couples. Will absolutely be looking to come back here next time I'm staying in Asheville!

We are longtime residents of Asheville. We sold our businesses and home in Asheville back in 2001 and moved to Costa Rica where we lived until 2012, when we built a house again in Asheville. We once again live here to be near grandchildren and family.

Why they chose this property

The Creekside cottage was built to be a vacation rental and with 'green' building techniques. We spared nothing in making it comfortable and think it is a wonderful location, 5 minuted to downtown Asheville.
